Welcome to Grouphouse. Here, you can find psychological services intended to help with a wide variety of life's obstacles. Whether you are up against new changes or have been pestered by reoccurring problems for years, the purpose for Grouphouse is to foster a sense of connection, increase self-awareness, and build a sense of confidence moving forward independently in future challenges. In both one-on-one and group settings, I work with clients to understand themselves holistically, as an autonomous person who lives in the context of their unique culture and environment. I emphasize values and strengths (It's okay if you don't know those yet!) as methods of problem-solving and setting/reaching goals.
